Esk is about an hour’s drive from Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, A pretty little town nestled at the foot of Glen Rock, just a skip up the road from Wivenhoe Dam.
Our wonderful winters with glorious days of warm sunshine, are perfect for our winter gardening event the “Esk Garden & Lifestyle Fair”.
We are thrilled to have really exceptional quality stallholders , this year we will have over 120 stalls that will all have a great variety of products for sale, with the emphasis on gardening, and garden products , numerous plant stalls stocked with great value plants, and everything from hand crafted bush furniture to unique garden features.
If you need some gardening advice, information or ideas we have free lectures and demonstrations. Featuring Paul Plant, Editor of subTropical Gardening magazine. Garden radio and TV presenter . Fellow of the Australian Institute of Horticulture.
Take time to relax, we have two rest and refresh areas, with lots of seating so you can be guaranteed to have a comfortable place to sit back unwind, and relax and enjoy the day. If you’re hungry we have a selection of delicious hot and cold food, two speciality coffee vans, as well as lots of excellent places to eat in Esk from Cafes in Historic old buildings to the Local Pub, there’s sure to be something to satisfy every craving.
Valley of the Lakes Garden Club pride ourselves on providing a really enjoyable and memorable day out, with great country atmosphere and hospitality for all our visitors. Esk is known for its friendly atmosphere, country charm, not to mention being “Picture Esk”.
